Shipping and Return Policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping with SJ Jewelry Co. Please read carefully before placing your order.
All orders will be processed and shipped out within 1-5 business days. Please be mindful orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders orders may take 3-7 business day to be processed and shipped.
Our personalized jewelry are handmade with love so they will need extra time to be processed. Please allow 10-14 business days for personalized pieces to be processed. Processing does not include shipping. Please note business days DOES NOT include weekends and holidays. Orders placed during holidays for custom pieces may need additional days to be process due to high volume of orders. Please order in a timely fashion to get your piece to you on time.
Please note if you order an item that is stock and a personalized piece together the pieces will be shipped together. If you don't want to wait on the in stock item please place your order separately.
Once you place an order for a custom piece please be aware you can no longer cancel your order. Placing your order with SJ Jewelry Co confirms you understand and agree to our processing and cancellation terms.
All sales are FINAL.
Confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped. You will be able to track your order within 24 hours of shipping.
Damages & Lost Packages
SJ Jewelry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Once USPS has your package SJ Jewelry Co is no longer responsible for that package.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Effective January 1, 2021, if you enter the wrong address while placing your order and USPS returns the package back to us, you are now responsible for purchasing a new shipping label in order to get your package shipped out again.
Please check your address before completing your order and if you notice you made a mistake, reach out to us as soon as possible. You can email us at email@example.com.
If you enter the wrong address and it is delivered to that address meaning it was not sent back to us, you will now be responsible for re purchasing the items plus the shipping label.
Also, please note if in the case you did not receive your package because you entered the wrong address and you choose not to purchase a new shipping label, you will not be refunded for your items.
SJ Jewelry Co is not liable to replace items that are marked as delivered.
All orders over $50 will require a signature before their package can be released to them via USPS.
If your Billing Address does not match your Shipping Address this may cause cancelation of your order. Please enter the correct Billing Address registered with your debit/credit card when placing your order.
International Shipping Policy
SJ Jewelry Co ships to ALL countries. Orders will be shipped out within 1-3 business days. Please be aware international shipping will take about 7-21 business days to get to it's destination. USPS will work their best to get your orders to you on time.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
SJ Jewelry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
All purchases are FINAL we do not accept returns or exchanges. After your order has been processed and shipped you can no longer cancel your order.
