Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship world-wide.
What materials are used for the body jewelry?
All our pieces are made with different materials, all materials are listed under each product.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept any returns on our items, all sales are final. If you receive a faulty item which was either damaged or broken please email us at sjjewelryco@gmail.com immediately after receiving the item. If this does occur we advice you to leave the item unopened.
What if I never received my package?
All jewelries except custom jewelries are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your items between 5-10 business days please contact your shipment carrier to file a claim.
What are your customer service hours?
Our customer service hours are from Monday - Friday 9 AM - 4 PM EST.
Do you offer wholesale?
No we do not offer wholesale and won't be offering it any time soon.
What if I want to make a custom order?
We do accept custom orders. Also if you would like to adjust the length or size on any of our jewelry pieces, please email us at sjjewelryco@gmail.com with your order number and your desired length or size directly after your purchase.
