Do you have a physical store?
Sjjewelryco.com is an online store only. We try to upload new designs as much as possible, be sure to sign up with our newsletter to keep up with new arrivals and promotions. Also, we attend various Pop up Shops throughout NYC, be sure to follow us on our social medias to see where we'll be at.
What is your return policy?
We do not accept any returns on our items, all sales are final. If you receive a faulty item which was either damaged or broken please email us at email@example.com immediately after receiving the item. If this does occur we advice you to leave the item unopened.
What if I never received my package?
All jewelries except custom jewelries are processed and shipped out within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your items between 5-10 business days please contact your shipment carrier to file a claim.
How long do you take to respond to an email?
Here at SJ Jewelry customer service is our main priority, we check our emails very often throughout the day, so expect a response within a couple of hours.
Are all the pieces on this site handmade?
No, but the bulk of our pieces are, SJ Jewelry takes pride in the uniqueness of our pieces.The items that are not handmade were carefully curated to ensure uniqueness.
What if I want to make a custom order?
We do accept custom orders. Also if you would like to adjust the length or size on any of our jewelry pieces, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and your desired length or size directly after your purchase.
